Do you need my password?
No. We only need your Roblox username. Never share your password or login codes with anyone.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is done by hand, so it depends on when you and our team can both be online. We contact you after payment to agree a time.
What if an item sells out while I'm checking out?
Stock is checked again when you place the order. If something is no longer available you will see it before paying, and you will not be charged for it.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel an order until it is paid. After payment all sales are final, unless we cannot deliver. See Delivery & refunds.
