What we collect
When you order we store your email address, Roblox username, optional Discord username, the items you bought and your order status. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by this shop.
Why
We use this information only to deliver your order, contact you about it and keep basic records. Messages you send in the order chat are stored with your order.
Visit statistics
We count page views, clicks and time on page on our own server to improve the shop. No ads or third-party trackers are used. Unless you click Allow on the banner, you are counted with a code that changes every day, so we cannot recognise you on a later visit. If you allow it, a random ID is kept in your browser so we can see returning visits. You can withdraw this by clearing this site's data in your browser. Statistics are deleted after about 13 months.
How long
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and support. You can ask us to delete your data by contacting us.
